The local store has fat quarters on sale today as part of a fourth of July promotional. I was going to forgo purchasing anymore material until I made good use of what's at hand. Then my friend leslee gave me a coupon for an additional then percent off and I just can't say no (take that Nancy Reagan). I wonder if this is how my mother ended up with a closet full of material?
I think I'm an addict. ; )~

Tue, July 10, 2007 - 12:59 AMI don't even quilt, though I have dreams/ambitions of quilting. I don't saw either...AND I have a lot of fabric in my cupboard.
I travel for work and I buy fabric where ever I go. It use to be just to patch up my jeans in colourful ways...but now!! I guess it is for the quilts I "will" make!!! -

Re: Yardage sale
Sun, September 16, 2007 - 6:43 PMI embroidered a shirt for myself that says "Stashaholics Anonymous". You don't want to know how much fabric I have, but years ago I rented an office so I would have a place to sew that could hold all my fabric.
I just figure it won't go bad, and its relatively easy to care for, so why not buy what I enjoy? Its still cheaper than therapy. Well, maybe.
